★Unexpected problems occur during most real estate transactions. IM ALWAYS AWARE OF OBSTACLES. AS SOON AS A RED FLAG APPREARS, I PROBLEM SOLVE IMMEDIATELY TO KEEP THE PROCESS MOVING FORWARD.
★Even when a client loses a house, they always end up with the right house. I WATCH FOR NEW LISTINGS DAILY.
